A targeted, hands-on treatment to ease muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery—so you can keep training, racing, and moving comfortably. Ideal during heavy training blocks, after events, or when tightness from work and life starts to build.
THE SESSION
A brief check-in on your goals, training load, and priority areas, followed by focused soft-tissue techniques tailored to your pressure preferences. We work on key muscle groups to reduce soreness, improve range of motion, and address hotspots. You’ll leave with:
1) Immediate relief strategies and notes on priority areas
2) A simple aftercare plan (mobility and light activation tips)
3) Guidance on where massage fits in your training week (pre/post key sessions)
4) Suggested booking cadence aligned with your calendar (e.g., taper, post-race, heavy blocks)
PREPARATION
Arrive hydrated, avoid heavy training immediately beforehand, and wear/bring clothing that allows access to treatment areas. Share any injuries, medical conditions, or upcoming events so we can tailor the session.
REASSESSMENT
Every 2–4 weeks during training blocks, and before/after key events to maintain mobility, manage load, and stay ahead of niggles.
