2) Scope
This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you visit our website, make enquiries, book services, or take part in testing and assessments (e.g., VO₂Max, RMR, running economy, bike/run fit, musculoskeletal screening).
3) The data we collect
Identity & contact: name, email, phone, address.
Booking & account: services booked, dates/times, payment status, communications.
Health & performance (special category): relevant medical history you share; testing data from tools such as VO2Master, Train.Red muscle oxygen sensors, CORE body temperature sensors, heart-rate monitors, foot pods and training devices (e.g., power, cadence, pace); where relevant, gait/technique notes or video used for analysis.
Logistics: location details for mobile appointments (to plan/attend the visit).
Marketing preferences: your choices about receiving updates.
Website & device info: basic analytics/cookies (see “Cookies” below).
