Our Mission
At Endurance Works, we’re committed to helping individuals optimise their health, performance, recovery, and longevity through high-quality physiological testing and personalised insights. We believe the key to progress lies in precision — and that starts with data you can trust.
We use a suite of advanced tools — including VO₂Master, Train.Red muscle oxygen sensors, CORE body temperature monitoring, heart-rate monitors, and training data such as power and cadence. These deliver a comprehensive view of how your body performs, adapts, and recovers. Sensors are used where relevant to the type of testing, and our in-house tailored reporting turns measurements into clear, practical guidance you can apply immediately.
From VO₂ Max and Resting Metabolic Rate to running economy, run fit, bike fit, and musculoskeletal screening, we meet you where you are — we bring the lab to you or come to us. Whether you’re training for elite competition, aiming to improve day-to-day vitality, or recovering from setbacks, we’re here with science-based feedback and straightforward next steps. No fluff, no guesswork — just the data that drives better decisions and lasting results.
Why CHoose Us?
At Endurance Works, we replace guesswork with precision—and add the human touch to the equations. We capture a full picture of your physiology with the right tools for the job (VO₂Master, Train.Red muscle oxygen, CORE body temperature, heart rate, power, and cadence) and turn it into clear, personalised actions. Because we’re athletes ourselves, we understand the real-world demands—physical and mental—so we translate your data into plans that fit your life, your goals, and your headspace.
Your Data. Your Location. Our Lab. We bring world-class testing to you and back it up with immediately actionable reporting, practical coaching insight, and physiotherapy under one roof. Whether you’re chasing a podium or building long-term health, we focus on results you can feel now and prove over time—through smart re-testing and adjustments that keep you moving forward.

Meet Our Team

Jon pringle
SENIOR Sports PERFORMANCE Physiotherapist
Jon is a Senior MSK Physiotherapist with over 15 years of international experience, specialising in sports and endurance physiotherapy. He has worked with athletes at every level, from first-time marathoners and club triathletes to Olympians and world-class competitors. His mission is simple: to keep athletes moving, performing, and achieving their goals.
With a strong background in biomechanics, Jon looks beyond the injury itself to understand why it happened. His approach combines advanced manual therapy—soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisations, taping, acupuncture, dry needling, and shockwave—with targeted exercise programs designed to accelerate recovery, reduce recurrence, and enhance performance.
Endurance sport is at the heart of Jon’s practice. He has supported athletes at the Ironman World Championship, Triathlon World Series, and T100 races, as well as ultra-cyclists, ultramarathon runners, and open-water swimmers. He has worked with local cycling and triathlon clubs, and provided musculoskeletal screening and fitness testing for Oxford University’s Triathlon Club.
Jon’s experience also spans elite athletics and team sports, including working with the Chilean Olympic track and field squad, Great Britain para-sprinters, and Oxford University rugby and football teams. His strong network with orthopaedic specialists ensures athletes receive the very best care and referrals when needed.
As an endurance athlete himself—having completed triathlons, half marathons, and rugby seasons—Jon understands the demands of sport first-hand. His passion is helping athletes recover smarter, train stronger, and perform at their peak.
Education:
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapist - University of Brighton

Toolkit
Discover the cutting-edge technologies and hardware that drive understanding at Endurance Works

VO₂ Master
A portable VO₂Max analyzer that measures real-time oxygen consumption during exercise. It provides accurate insights into aerobic capacity, ventilation, and efficiency — without the need for a lab.

Train.Red
Muscle Oxygen Sensor
A wearable muscle oxygen sensor that monitors how your muscles use and recover oxygen during training. It helps guide intensity, recovery, and pacing by visualising muscular load and fatigue in real time.

CORE
Body Temperature Sensor
A wearable, non-invasive device that continuously monitors core body temperature in real time using an advanced heat-flux sensor and AI-powered algorithms.
