Know exactly how many calories your body burns at rest—not a guess from an online calculator. Using the VO₂Master and a heart-rate monitor, we measure your oxygen use while you’re fully relaxed to calculate your true RMR. This number anchors smart nutrition: it helps you avoid under-fueling (low energy, poor recovery, hormone disruption) and overeating (unwanted fat gain), and it guides healthier day-to-day choices. You’ll leave with clear daily calorie targets for rest, training, and recovery days, plus simple guidance on macronutrients and meal timing to support fat loss, muscle gain, and long-term health.
THE TEST
A short, comfortable assessment of your resting energy needs using a proven method called indirect calorimetry. You’ll sit or lie down quietly for about 15–25 minutes, wear a VO₂Master mask, and breathe normally while we record your breath-by-breath oxygen consumption alongside heart rate. The result is a personalised calorie target—and practical recommendations—you can use immediately to shape your nutrition and body-composition plan with confidence.
PREPERATION
Arrive well-rested and hydrated; fast 5–12 hours; avoid caffeine and exercise that morning; wear comfy clothing.
REASSESMENT
Every 3–4 months, or after meaningful weight/training changes, to keep your fueling plan accurate and sustainable.
